Our core purpose is to improve and enhance the lives of others - in our local community, across Australia and in the communities connected to our wider group. The Lamson Group is proud to support and participate in charitable causes that reflect our values, our people and our culture. Giving back has always been part of who we are, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to organisations making a real difference.
These are some of the causes closest to our hearts. We encourage our team, partners, suppliers, customers and Friends of the Group to get involved wherever they can.
Raising Funds and Awareness for Australians Experiencing Homelessness
The Vinnies CEO Sleepout began in 2006 as a local community initiative in Parramatta, Sydney, and has since grown into one of Australia’s most recognised fundraising events supporting people experiencing homelessness.
The event raises vital funds for Vinnies’ homelessness services, while also helping to increase awareness and reduce the stigma often attached to homelessness.
Our Group CEO, Rodney Frost, has proudly taken part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout since 2009. The Lamson Group remains committed to supporting initiatives that provide practical assistance, dignity and hope to vulnerable people in our community.

24 Hours of Golf — An Innovation for Cancer Research in Australia
One Day is a 24-hour golf fundraising event created to support cancer research in Australia, with a strong focus on precision medicine and better outcomes for people diagnosed with cancer. Founded by our Group CEO, Rodney Frost, One Day was built around a simple but powerful idea: use the endurance of 24 hours of continuous golf to reflect the long, difficult and exhausting journey faced by people living with cancer and the families who support them.
Integrated Office Solutions is proud to be the major sponsor of One Day, helping fuel the mission and support the continued growth of the event. As major sponsor, Integrated Office Solutions helps create the platform, awareness and momentum needed to raise meaningful funds for cancer research.
Funds raised through One Day support Love Your Sister, with donations directed to cancer research through OMICO. This research is focused on precision medicine, including genomic profiling and clinical trials that aim to match people diagnosed with cancer to more targeted treatment options.
One Day is built on a clear promise: not a cent wasted on administration, marketing or unnecessary costs. The focus is pure cancer research.
For The Lamson Group and Integrated Office Solutions, this cause is deeply personal. Our businesses are built around people, family, teamwork and long-term partnerships — values that strongly align with the One Day mission.
We are proud to stand beside Love Your Sister, OMICO, researchers, doctors, families, advocates and communities who are working to change the future for people diagnosed with cancer.

Supporting Vinnies BBQs and Connecting Our Community with a Cause Close to Home
The St Vincent de Paul Society provides essential support to people experiencing hardship, homelessness and disadvantage.
The Lamson Group is proud to support Vinnies BBQ events in Sydney, helping provide warm meals, friendly conversation and practical support to people living rough or doing it tough.
These BBQs also create a meaningful opportunity for our team and Friends of the Group to connect directly with a cause so close to home.
For those who take part, the experience is simple, human and powerful. It reminds us that small acts of kindness can make a real difference, and that homelessness is not an issue far removed from our own community.
The Lamson Group is proud to support Vinnies and the important work they do every day to provide dignity, care and hope to vulnerable people.
In Partnership with Upskills Foundation
Through our connection to the Philippines, The Lamson Group has seen first-hand the challenges faced by some of the country’s most vulnerable communities. In Tondo, Manila, many families live in extremely difficult conditions, often in makeshift housing surrounded by landfill, without reliable access to running water, sanitation or stable electricity. Many people in these communities are unregistered for government support, burdened by debt, and trapped in a cycle of poverty with limited access to education, skills and opportunity.
Together with Upskills Foundation, The Lamson Group supports work that helps families and communities build skills, resources and pathways to a more sustainable future.
The goal is not simply to provide short-term assistance, but to help local people develop the capacity and confidence to continue improving their own lives and communities over time.
